I have been consistently using the Body Magic supplement once daily since October 2025 and Slippery Box since approximately August 2024. The key is to ensure adequate daily water intake. It appears to deliver on its promises, whether taken once or twice daily. I recommend consulting with your doctor before use, as I did. Please note that I didn't have any previous issues before taking these products but I kept seeing ads about their products and curiosity won.
