These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by KRLP Holdings LLC d/b/a Her Fantasy Box® (“Her Fantasy Box®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION
2.1 Account Creation
Some Services may require registration. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. Customers can view their available Subscriptions and Loyalty Points in their account.
2.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.
2.3 Security
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2.4 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts and Services at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or other reasons.
3. ONLINE ORDERS
3.1 Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. Orders are accepted only when we send you an email confirmation, at which point a contract forms. We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing & Availability
All prices are in dollars and subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and products may be discontinued at any time.
3.3 Payment
We use Shopify and accept all payment methods it supports. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Charges include product price, taxes, shipping, and applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party providers subject to their terms and privacy policies.
3.4 Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Her Fantasy Box® offers automatic renewal subscription options. By enrolling, you accept the Subscription Policy found here: https://herfantasybox.com/pages/subscription-policy
4.1 Communication Consent
By enrolling in a membership, you consent to be contacted by Her Fantasy Box® via call, text, or email regarding your membership. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Email: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, but we still send transactional emails.
Text: Opt out by replying STOP to any text message.

5. SHIPPING INFORMATION
5.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
5.2 Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship available items first at no extra cost.
5.3 Backorders
Individual Items: If an item is out of stock, we will email you with an estimated restock date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a refund.
Bundles: If an item in a bundle is out of stock, we will notify you when it is back. You may cancel the entire bundle for a refund or manage changes in your account. Substitutions are not available.
5.4 Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, high demand, supply chain issues, or carrier delays. Dates are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
5.5 Tracking & Updates
You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 3 days to update. If a package appears delayed or marked as delivered early, contact the carrier or email us within 30 days of receiving tracking info.
5.6 Delivery Address & Changes
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. To update your address, contact us before your order ships. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
5.7 Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an address error, we will contact you by email. If we do not hear back within 10 business days, we will issue a refund.
5.8 Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout and vary by location. We partner with USPS and DHL eCommerce.
Available options include:
- Standard Ground: 5–10 business days after processing (free on eligible orders over $50)
- Expedited: 2–3 business days (extra fees apply)
- Overnight: 1 business day (extra fees apply; limited availability)
5.9 Free Shipping
Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotions or sitewide sales. Availability will appear at checkout.
5.10 Holiday Shipping
Peak Periods: During high-demand times such as major sales events (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday), celebrity promotions, or U.S. holidays, processing can take between 7-14 days and shipping may take longer. 5.11 International Shipping
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays, confiscations, or other issues related to customs processing.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Because our products are hygiene-related, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
- The product must be unused in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must follow our return instructions, which will be provided upon request.
6.2 Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 30 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
6.3 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
7. CONSENT TO CONTACT
7.1 Use of Services
By using our Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices about your account, transaction confirmations, promotional offers, and other information concerning or related to the Services.
7.2 Calls and Texts
By providing your number, you provide your E-SIGN signature and prior express written consent to be contacted by Her Fantasy Box® at the number provided via live, automatic telephone dialing system, AI, artificial, prerecorded call, or via text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. For text messages, text STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for customer care.
Message frequency may vary. Not all carriers or devices are supported. Her Fantasy Box® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Unsubscribe requests must use the keywords STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Other wording may not be recognized.
7.3 Email Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails at the address provided from Her Fantasy Box®. To unsubscribe, click the “Unsubscribe” link in the email.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Her Fantasy Box® Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by Her Fantasy Box®, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8.2 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of our Services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
8.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Services without our express written permission.

Her Fantasy Box reserves the right to revoke, forfeit, or reduce any accumulated loyalty points, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service such as purchasing for resale or commercial redistribution. Loyalty points have no cash value and are a revocable benefit, not a guaranteed entitlement.
- Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers or networks connected to our Services.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Her Fantasy Box®, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
9.1 Buyer's Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that any information you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete and your use of our Services does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
9.2 Her Fantasy Box®'s Limited Warranty
We warrant that the products purchased through our Services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30days from the date of delivery. This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, altered, or damaged after delivery.
9.3 Limitation on Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, OUR SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HER FANTASY BOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE.
9.4 Sole and Exclusive Remedies/Liability Cap
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND HER FANTASY BOX'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY, FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE, AT HER FANTASY BOX'S OPTION, EITHER REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL HER FANTASY BOX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HER FANTASY BOX FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HER FANTASY BOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Our products are for personal use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They should not be considered medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions or concerns regarding your health before using our products.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
11.1 Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you and Her Fantasy Box®.
11.2 External Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Her Fantasy Box®. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Her Fantasy Box® will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, storm, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorist activities, riots, civil commotions, governmental actions, labor disputes, or the failure of telecommunications or power services ("Force Majeure Event").
13. ASSIGNMENT
Her Fantasy Box® may assign or otherwise transfer any or all of its rights or obligations hereunder to any affiliate or successor to all or substantially all of its business or assets without your consent. You may not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Her Fantasy Box®, and any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
14. PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
16. BINDING ARBITRATION
16.1 Binding Arbitration
YOU AND HER FANTASY BOX AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION, ENFORCEMENT, INTERPRETATION, OR VALIDITY THEREOF, OR TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS (COLLECTIVELY, "DISPUTES") SHALL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT, EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY ASSERT CLAIMS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF YOUR CLAIMS QUALIFY.
Arbitration must be conducted by American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or Commercial Arbitration Rules as applicable. The arbitration shall be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless you and Her Fantasy Box® agree otherwise. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of these Terms is void or voidable.
The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on all parties. The arbitrator shall issue a written award that sets forth the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
16.2 Costs of Arbitration
Filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will follow the AAA’s rules. If the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous, you must reimburse us for any fees we paid on your behalf.
16.3 Confidentiality
Arbitration proceedings and awards are strictly confidential, except as required by law, court order, or to confirm, vacate, or enforce an award. Limited disclosure is permitted to attorneys, tax advisors, senior management, or immediate family members.
16.4 Severability
If any part of this Agreement to Arbitrate (other than the Class Action Waiver) is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If the Class Action Waiver is found invalid, this entire Agreement to Arbitrate is void, but the rest of the Terms remain enforceable.
16.5 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND HER FANTASY BOX AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. FURTHER, UNLESS BOTH YOU AND HER FANTASY BOX AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS, AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and all disputes shall be decided by a court.
16.6 Small Claims Option
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either you or Her Fantasy Box® may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court's jurisdiction.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Her Fantasy Box®, its affiliates, partners, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or services, purchase of products, violation of these Terms or applicable law, submission of content, or negligence, misconduct, or fraud. Her Fantasy Box® may, at its expense, assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you shall cooperate fully; no settlement may be made without Her Fantasy Box®’s prior written consent. This provision shall survive termination of these Terms.
18. NO WAIVERS
No failure or delay by Her Fantasy Box® in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.
19. NOTICES
We may provide notices to you by email to the email address associated with your account, by regular mail, or by posting notices on our website. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send the email, notices sent by regular mail will be effective three (3) days after we send them, and notices posted on our website will be effective upon posting.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Her Fantasy Box® concerning your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Her Fantasy Box® regarding the Services.
