Welcome to the Her Fantasy Box® (“the Company”, “Affiliate Team” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Affiliate Program! Please read these rules carefully. These terms govern the relationship between the Affiliate (“you” “Influencer”) and the Company. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to comply with these rules, as well as our Influencer Guidelines, which will be provided to you upon enrollment.

1. Enrollment & Acceptance

• 1.1. By applying to and participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
• 1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
• 1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this program.
• 1.4. You must provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process, including your legal name, payment details, and contact information.

2. Commission Structure

• 2.1. Rates. Your commission rate will be determined solely by the Affiliate team. Rates may vary based on performance, audience reach, and other factors.
• 2.2. Rate Changes. We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time without your prior consent. Any changes will be communicated to you via email by the Affiliate Team, including details of the change and the effective date. Rates may vary based on performance, audience reach, and other factors.

3. Payout Terms

• 3.1. Payout Schedule. Payments are issued bi-weekly, typically on or around the 1st and 15th of each month. These dates are subject to change, and the Affiliate Team will notify you of any adjustments.
• 3.2. Payment Method. Payments will be made via the preferred method you provided during onboarding. Please ensure your payment information is updated.

4. Order Eligibility & Lock Period

• 4.1. Eligible Orders. Commissions are only paid on eligible orders. An order is considered eligible when it is at least 14 days old at the payout date; it has been successfully completed and shipped; it has not been refunded, canceled, or returned.
• 4.2. Ineligible Orders. No commission will be calculated or paid for orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
• 4.3. Future Payouts. Orders that become eligible after a payout date will be included in the next scheduled payout period.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold. The minimum payout threshold is $1.00 USD. If your total commissions are below this amount during a payout period, the balance will carry over to the next eligible payout period until the threshold is met.

6. Affiliate Tracking & Links. You will be provided with a unique affiliate link to promote our products. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate link is used correctly.

7. Prohibited Activities. To maintain the integrity of our program and protect our brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• 7.1. Self-Referral. You may not use your own affiliate link to make personal purchases or receive commissions on your own orders.
• 7.2. Fraudulent Activity. Any attempt to manipulate or game the system, generate fake sales, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.
• 7.3. Trademark Infringement. You may not bid on Her Fantasy Box's® trademarked terms (e.g., "Her Fantasy Box," "HFB," or variations) in paid search campaigns unless explicitly approved in writing by the Affiliate Team.
• 7.4. Misleading Marketing: You may not use deceptive, false, or misleading advertising practices to promote our products.

8. Promotion Guidelines & Content Standards.

• 8.1. Influencer Guidelines. You must follow the Influencer Guidelines provided to you upon joining the Affiliate Program. These Guidelines are subject to updates at any time, and the Affiliate Team will email you the most current version. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the latest version of the Influencer Guidelines at all times.
• 8.2. Personal Experience & Honest Reviews. You should only share your personal, honest experience with our products.
• 8.3. No Drug or Medical Claims. Her Fantasy Box sells cosmetics and dietary supplements. These products are NOT drugs and are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Examples of permitted claims are included in the Guidelines; please review them and make sure that your content aligns with our policies.
• 8.4. FTC Disclosure Requirements. You must clearly disclose to your audience that you are receiving compensation from us for promoting our products. Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed before any affiliate link or call-to-action. Disclosures must be visible and understandable (e.g., not hidden in a "see more" section or buried in hashtags).

9. Regulatory Compliance. We are regulated by federal and state government. When you create content promoting Her Fantasy Box® products, you are representing our brand. It is essential that all content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

• 9.1. Violation of Law. If any of your content violates federal or state law, does not follow our Influencer Guidelines, or poses legal or reputational risk to our brand, we will notify you immediately, and you must remove the content within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.

10. Intellectual Property & Brand Use. You may use our brand name Her Fantasy Box®, logos, images, and other marketing materials only as approved by the Affiliate Team.

• 10.1. You may not alter, modify, or misrepresent Her Fantasy Box’s® branding in any way.
• 10.2. All intellectual property rights in Her Fantasy Box® brand assets remain our exclusive property.
• 10.3. Upon termination of your participation in the program, you must immediately cease all use of our intellectual property.

11. Program Termination & Suspension by us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• 11.1. Violation of these rules or the Influencer Guidelines;
• 11.2. Fraudulent activity or manipulation of the system;
• 11.3. Failure to comply with applicable marketing and sale of cosmetics and dietary supplements in the US;
• 11.4. Any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. No prior notice is required. Notification of termination will be sent via email and will be effective immediately upon sending.

13. Program Termination & Suspension by Affiliate. You may request removal from the program at any time by contacting your affiliate manager or the Affiliate Team in writing.

12. Miscellaneous. This Policy supplements our General Terms of Use. Any matters not specifically addressed in this Policy are governed by our General Terms of Use and other applicable policies, all available at Terms of Service.
