When your subscription is active, it renews automatically — and you’ll earn store credit on every subscription delivery. Earn rates vary by VIP tier, so the more you shop and stay subscribed, the more you earn.

For example, a $50 purchase can earn $1.50–$5 in credit, and a $200 purchase can earn $6–$20, depending on your tier and purchase type. As you move through our VIP tiers, your rewards increase even further. You can learn more about VIP tiers in the section below.

What happens to my credits if I return an item?

I made a purchase but didn't receive credit - what do I do?

Can I earn credit on past purchases before joining?

Unfortunately, rewards can only be earned on purchases made after joining the program. However, you'll start earning rewards immediately on your next purchase!
