Changes will be notified on our Website and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 1. Her Fantasy Box User Account.

• 1.1. Signing Up. By signing up for a Her Fantasy Box® subscription and creating an account on the Website or mobile app (“User Account”), you agree to the terms set forth in our Subscription Policy (“Subscription Policy” or “Program”) until you cancel your subscription. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your participation in the Program at any time.
• 1.2. Minimum age of consent. We also reserve the right to delete and/or archive incomplete User Accounts in our sole discretion. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your state to subscribe to the Subscription Program.
• 1.3. Update of Information. We may, but is not required to, perform outreach to you from time to time via the Service to request updates to your information and to facilitate ongoing subscriptions.

2. Non-Bundle/Single Product Subscription.

• 2.1. Returns & Refunds. Single products purchased through a subscription program may be returned and refunded in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
• 2.2. Subscription Hold Period. You may pause your subscription for a specified period of time. If you do not cancel before the end of the pause period, charging to your payment device will resume automatically.
• 2.3. Automatic Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period unless you cancel at least 1 day before the applicable renewal processing date of your subscription, or next billing date.
• 2.4. Flexible Shipping Schedule. Subsequent shipments may be charged and shipped up to two (2) days early to accommodate holidays or for other operational reasons.
• 2.5. Price. We reserve the right to determine and modify the pricing of our Products. We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the Website up to date. Pricing information published on the Website is subject to change without notice. We may adjust the price of future subscription shipments to reflect current product pricing. Subscribers who initiate their subscription during designated promotional periods, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, seasonal sales events, or other major discount campaigns, acknowledge that standard shipping benefits may not apply to their initial subscription bundle.

3. Bundle Subscription.

If Her Fantasy Box is unable to fulfill the complete order due to insufficient inventory or unavailability of one or more products, you agree to accept partial delivery consisting solely of those products currently available and defer for a subsequent order any products not available at the time of initial shipment.
• 3.5. Flexible Shipping Schedule. Subsequent shipments may be charged and shipped up to two (2) days early to accommodate holidays or for other operational reasons.
• 3.6. Price. We reserve the right to determine and modify the pricing of our Product bundles at any time, in our sole discretion. In the event that one or more products included in a bundle are unavailable at the time of shipment, we may, at our discretion, either: (i) adjust the price of your bundle order to reflect only the products actually shipped in that delivery, or (ii) ship the available products at the full bundle price and deliver the unavailable products in a subsequent shipment at no additional charge. We will notify you of any price adjustments or split shipments; however, your consent is not required for such modifications. • 3.7. Shipping. 4. Billing. Your payment device will be automatically charged at regular intervals as described for that product or service during the checkout process until you cancel your subscription.

5. Remedies. We reserve the right to remedy your issues and concerns on a case-by-case basis. Specific state legislation may apply.

6. Modification to Subscription Program. We reserve the right to modify, amend, substitute, or discontinue subscription plans, pricing structures, product specifications (including but not limited to size, quantity, formulation, and packaging), and any other associated terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will provide you with advance notice of any changes affecting your current subscription plan, pricing, or products. Your consent is not required for such modifications to become effective. Your continued participation in the subscription service following receipt of notice shall constitute binding acceptance of all such changes.

7. Cancellation or Termination. 9. Promotions. We, at our sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different pricing. Promotions are non-transferable to subscription programs

10. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver. This Policy supplements our General Terms of Use. Any claims or disputes arising between you and Her Fantasy Box® will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in our General Terms of Use.

11. No Waiver. No failure on our part to enforce any part of the Program shall constitute a waiver of any of our rights under the Program, whether for past or future actions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of Her Fantasy Box shall have any legal effect whatsoever.

12. Incorporation of General Terms of Use. This Subscription Policy is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with our General Terms of Use. To the extent any matter is not specifically addressed herein, the provisions of our General Terms of Use shall apply and govern.
