I recently found out medical history had been purposefully kept from me. And my suspicions of over producing estrogen was correct, and I was experiencing symptoms that started three weeks before my period, cramping that would get more intense and more frequent as I got closer to bleeding, and during my period I could physically feel my brain shift around inside my skull. I could physically feel the hormones in my body moving and working and making me delirious, and borderline in comprehensible when I started my period period. Since taking these, I stopped getting those cramps up to three weeks before. It went down to three days before, my pain went from a seven out of 10 to a three. I am on the second day of my period right now, the day where I’m usually the most delirious, and I am completely fine. I’m cramping, a four out of 10, but I can move. I’m not just a dead body on my shift anymore. Who still has to work, I can actually do things. I genuinely feel like these Are saving my life.
