Affiliate Program Rules & Terms

Welcome to the Her Fantasy Box Affiliate Program! Please review the following rules that govern your participation as an affiliate partner.

1. Commission Structure

• Commission rates are individually negotiated and agreed upon with your affiliate manager.
• Any changes to your commission structure will be communicated in writing by the affiliate team.

2. Payout Terms

• Payouts are issued bi-weekly, typically around the 1st and 15th of each month.
• Payments are made via the preferred method you provided during onboarding.

3. Order Eligibility & Lock Period

• Only orders that are at least 14 days old from the current date are eligible for payout.
• Orders must be successfully completed and not refunded or canceled to qualify.
• Pending commissions on orders within the 14-day window will automatically become eligible after the lock period if no refund or cancellation occurs.

4. Minimum Payout Threshold

• The minimum payout threshold is $1.00 USD.
• Commissions below this amount will carry over to the next eligible payout period.

5. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to make personal purchases.
• Any attempt to game the system by self-referral or fraudulent activity may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program.

6. Advertising & Media Use

• Brand integrity must be maintained—no misleading claims or misrepresentation of our products or brand.
• Paid search campaigns must not bid on branded terms or variations unless explicitly approved in writing.

7. FTC & Legal Disclosures

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC’s disclosure requirements.

8. Program Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these rules, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the program.
• You may also request removal from the program at any time by contacting your affiliate manager.
