Order Processing Times

 

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days.
  • Peak periods (holidays & events): During major holidays, e-commerce sales events (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and special promotions (including but not limited to our Cardi B promo), processing may extend to 7–14 business days. Many orders may ship sooner, but this window sets accurate expectations.

 

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

The options below reflect what you’ll see at checkout. Rates vary by delivery address, package weight, and service selection and are calculated at checkout. Transit time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Order Tracking

 

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

 

Address Accuracy & Changes

 

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Need a correction? Contact us ASAP at info@herfantasybox.com. If the order is already fulfilled, changes may not be possible.

 

International Shipping

 

International options may be available at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

 

Delivery Delays Outside Our Control

 

Weather, carrier capacity, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events may cause delays after your package is in transit. Once transferred to the carrier, tracking will provide the most up-to-date information.
